Young Scott Gemill was probably an imitation of his more illustrious father as a player - but I know he is very well regarded as a coach and is still with the young Scottish National side - but he underwhelmed in a Royal Blue shirt is my memory......other than that late outside of the foot volley at St James Park to seal a massive against the Geordies late in the season. I think Shearer had a penalty saved and another one scored in the same game, but I may have it mixed up.

I also went to both home ties (the second the replay)
We looked ok in the first game but Norwich played well in the replay.
