Quite possibly one of the worst left backs I've ever seen for us Ratters,was unbelievable the transformation when he moved centrally.
He played as a centre back, but managers before HK had Mark Higgins lined up to play there, he was great, when he was eventually played there, but his partner Higgins (Captain) must be the unluckiest blue player ever ....but that partnership of Ratters and Mountfied would have never happened .......again a converted CF Mountfied certainly had an eye for a goal or 15
