Kay was banned aged 27, Initially for life, but recinded after 8yrs.
He did (ilegally) play in the Roger Hunt testimonial and was joint MotM
But by the time the ban was lifted it was more or less too late .

He was a Brummie and the Golden Shot was filmed there. And the famous Bernie who loaded the bolt onto the crossbow for the contestants to fire at a target. Bernie, the Bolt please said Bob Monkhouse I think it was lol
