Those were the days, played in snow, pouring rain, muddy pitches, some thing the modern pansy players would not dream of.

Answering your own post there mate - I sometimes do it ...... good point though.....Also we stood in GSE in those times getting soaked anf frozen.
I reckon that's Newcastle away, judging by that fans Tam O' shanter in the background!!
Changed my mind about this again. Just seen team changes written into the programme of this match. Roger Kenyon is at no 8. Jimmy Husband who was printed in the programme at no 8 is moved to no 7. And Tommy Jackson is written in at no 4. These team changes were written into the programme by a very good source. I don't think that he would have mistaken who played at no 8 for who played at no 4.
It's all a bit of fun anyway. But I now think that the player wearing no 8 is.........Roger Kenyon.........final answer.
Didn't he leave to Forest in 70 -71 with the glass kneed bluffer henry newton coming the other way.
Its Roger Kenyon look at his hair - Hurst used to use no 10 not playing that day- I bet you Tommy was no 10 that day......his haircut was nothing like that -Ha ha this is fun. Back to £32000 from the million pound question. That is defo not Rog. But now you have brought Husband into the equation, well it might be him lol The no 8 is far too light in stature to be Roger.
