19 year old Andy Rankin, the Everton and England Under 23 goalkeeper. Standing beside a policeman directing traffic. Rankin previously spent 5 weeks in the dark blue uniform of the Liverpool Police Force before changing to the royal blue of Everton. Liverpool!-
