never see duffle bags nowadays.
Never used a duffle bag at school but I owned an Everton duffle bag when I started work. There was me aged 15 and a half trudging off to get my lift. With my piece (sandwiches) in the duffle bag. Had that old duffle bag for years until it fell to pieces. Owned a parka back then as well. Great coats.....
And just look at the prices on those items. Nothing compared to today's prices...............where has time gone?

mine was a sort of hard tweed. Or something like that. It lasted a while. But there again I didn't hit anyone over the head with it. ( no rs within striking distance). I did own a sort of plastic Everton bag used for carrying my football boots. It didn't last long............as degsys says.......you get what it says on the tin...

I ain't got that for starters - got an original overhead photo of the 1938 ground - plus the 1933 art deco photo of Dixie & the team - both on my wall in the celebration - plus loads of rare books plus a good amount of programmes .......all bought from car boots years ago ......oh plus a special mirror of Dixie's photo engraved on it and all his goals listed on it too.....
that will all do for starters...........only joking joey.
Keep posting the great photos joey. No prizes needed.
And who doesn't like a "spot the player" poser. I have half a chance with players from the late 60s and 70s. Not a snowball's with recognizing your modern day footballer. (Except maybe Everton players).
