Can anyone name these former reds and blues after a game of head tennis? I can name TE Jones, Bob Paisley - Dave Hickson - @Eggs or anyone?

....fairly certain that’s John Willie Parker on the middle of the back row. Dave Hickson told me on quite a few occasions how brilliant Parker was and his goal scoring record is excellent. Dave said the England team was ‘picked by committee’ and that was the reason he and Parker never got a cap.

Green shield stamps remember them advert top photo - about six books for an ironingI board a shop in the city centre used to give your items to you when you handed your books in, was it on edge lane?
They were all the rave ........

I think the Green Shield Redemption place was either on Bold Street or Hanover Street. There were also pink stamps given out by another firm called S&H but they wouldnt merit having Bally ...more like some RS player given the stamps initials

...just after my time from a playing youth football perspective so I don’t know any personally, but a few of them played league games (I think Pat Heard ended up at Villa).
