Yes I thought it was at Elland road year in a league game - that game was November 23rd 1968 doh wrong again ..... it was a graveyard for us that ground v them that ground Joe equalised with a magnificent diving side header to make it 1-1 - their late winner was full of fouls cheating gits -
It ended our long unbeaten run to,,,,doh - we were chanting in their shed end we knocked you out the cup.......

Peter Bonetti spent 19 years at Chelsea. Spanning 1960-1979. Except for a few months in 1975 when he played in America. Not sure if that was some sort of loan deal.
I remember seeing him once in the late 1970s. His hair was as grey as the proverbial badger.... Almost white....
Good keeper though in his younger days. Although maybe England supporters might not think that after conceding three against West Germany.
