Richard "Dickie" Boyle - the esk's Great Grand Father, and therefore Great Great Grandfather of my children - he scored in the 1897 Cup Final and appeared in Everton's first competitive game at Goodison in 1892:

Wow, that's amazing the way they all moved down then, it was just a case of people all standing now.

The Church is one of the best thing's about Goodison, it annoys me the way they've tried to cover it up.

Wow, that is very very close to my seat, and Ive been told that my Great Grandad and Grandad used to stand in the enclosure somewhere around where I sit. Bit of a shiver went through me tbh.

Because they wear them 'ironically'...at least they're not wearing the doffcaps that way.

It's a shame you can hardly see the church now, it's one of the most distinctive features of any ground in the world. At least Gwladys St is now kept warm on a windy day.

We could of course leave the church as it is but still extend the Main Stand over Goodison Place. Be cool that.

Family Enclosure isn't kept warm one bit(or dry), whistles in through there & it's always in the shade as well so its a coat job for EVERY game, we can all still see it plain as day btw
