have that magazine and photo somewhere in my collection. Just a shame that we didn't replace the fading 1970 team with like for like. Some very poor footballers in that photo. Guess Everton just don't do dynastys. For example ..........the keepers either side of Gordon West were not great. And Rod Belfitt was useless. There are others.
Even after so many years ,it's disappointing how quick the 1969/70 team faded. Ah well. More things to worry about with our current bunch....
