We're going to Wembley thrice. Got to the Milk Cup final and the Charity Shield, but missed the FA Cup final as I had exams - probably wouldn't have got a ticket anyway. Those were the days
Thanks Joey! Look at those legs! For @LinekersLegs - Gary Lineker. Forward. Age 24 (until 30 Nov ’85). Born Leicester. This deadly finisher was bought from Leicester City in the summer of 1985 in an £800,000 deal. Gary followed up as top scorer in Division One during 1985/86, scoring an outstanding 30 League goals in his only season with the Toffee men. These included hat-tricks against Birmingham, Manchester City and Southampton. In addition, he hit seven goals in cup competitions -

I never noticed his legs TBH - just his goals .....Thanks Joey! Look at those legs!
Can you imagine one of our Bambis even knowing how to clean a window?
Don't let anyone tell you the Gordon Lee era was poor. Like all managers, he had his faults but his teams always gave 100% and gave us some great moments. I would add the following to those already posted (can't find photos):
Bolton away LC semi 1977 - Duncan McKenzie
LC final 1st replay at Hillsborough 1977 - Bob Latchford equaliser on 89 minutes
LC final 2nd replay at Old Trafford 1977 - Mick Lyons equaliser on 83 minutes
QPR away 1977 - Bob Latchford's 4th
Leicester away 1977 - Andy King with Everton's 5th
Ipswich home FA Cup quarter final 1980 - Brian Kidd free kick to put us into the semi
West Ham FA Cup semi final at Elland Road 1980 - Bob Latchford equaliser on 114 minutes
Southampton home FA Cup 5th Round 1981 - Eamon O' Keefe extra time winner
Brilliant, thanks for all these. Of course it was Bob Latchford who scored at Burnden Park. Duncan McKenzie missed a pen I think.I have looked through my collection of goal photos and can help you with most but do not have a copy of King's second at Leicester. If anyone has it and can post I would be grateful. One other slight error in your list is that McKenzie scored in the Home tie with Bolton, not the away, which may explain why you have not found it.
