Thanks for that. I have a good selection of Everton programmes going back to the 50s. I keep them i see through holders that are in binders. I am an awful hoarder, and love antique auctions. There are two car boot sales near me each weekend - about twice a year one is for auto memorabilia. As a petrol head with classic cars I love them, but they are dangerous as always find myself buying stuff and my garage is running out of room !!

I am running out of room as to where to put stuff I recently bought- the programmes are kept in a nice cool dry press in my study.

I have loads of car and football stuff also in boxes
Nice to know that I’m not the only collector out there. My collecting is based mainly around Everton . I also collect George Best items ( have a few George Best autographs. And recently bought the programme of the match that Best scored 6 goals. Man Utd 8 Northampton 2 ). I also collect marvel and dc comics. Have a vast collection of these . Mainly 1960s and 1970s comics. And mainly all bought at the time. For the proper price. Also own a number or Dinky and corgi toy cars. ( all bought cheap ).
And my last collection area is militaria items. ( most of this collection is kept away from the grandson ).

As we now have a spare bedroom , that’s were i keep most of my stuff.
Last point…….I don’t really sell anything. But I keep up to date on prices. It’s amazing that some items don’t increase price wise with age. But other items soar. I have items that price wise have shot through the roof. That is always nice to know.

So keep collecting. And I’m also a sucker for car boots and antique auctions. Far better than eBay. Who I’m not a fan off. Up the Toffees….
