While playing for Rangers, Duncan Ferguson becomes the first player to be jailed for an incident on a football pitch in 1994. Ferguson headbutted Raith Rovers Jock Mcstay and ended up in jail for 44 days and with a 12 match ban from the SFA, all while only receiving a yellow card for the incident at the time.
