Great pic. This is the title "celebration" game at Hillsborough in April 1970, on a bog of a pitch. I think Everton players would have drank shed loads in the previous days. Everton had won the title on the Wednesday night v West Brom 2-0. Although it was a dull, dead rubber of a game, Johnny Morrissey scored a great goal with 5 minutes remaining, with a chip over the on rushing Sheff wed keeper Springett.
