Reading his autobiography Royston Vernon which I helped to donate to print - what a read it really was seeing him only as a six year old - they joke about his cigarette smoking from the age of 11 years old which they stated he could have become a world class player in the Dennis Law mould - his pace over a short distance was incredible - imagine if maybe without the smoking his energy levels could have been much higher?
