I don't think there's another player between Bally and Ray Wilson, it's a deceptive angle.

I never even realised there was another player sat between Bally & Wilson till I saw your question mark, as I thought it was just Bally's fine head of hair. But you're quite right and there is another player there, and by looking at who's missing it looks like Billy Brindle. The hair fits anyway. The player you're not certain of is definitely Gerry Humphreys. Everton's best ever group of players IMO.

Definitely Gary Stevens, Kevin Richardson and Steve McMahon, though I'm not so sure about Ratcliffe though I guess it has to be him. That looks like Alan Harper on the far left in the tracksuit but he'd have been with Liverpool then surely so it can't be him.

Steve McMahon to the right of Richardson who's 2 from the left on the front row btw. Gary Stevens directly above McMahon.

Looked again with pic enlarged and that's not Ratcliffe. It 100% isn't Harper because McMahon had left before he joined anyway so they couldn't have been in a team photo together.
