HK what a player he was right through to his captaincy years for us - 2 seasons I saw him almost single-handedly stop us getting relegated Colin Harvey had a hip injury, Bally stupidly sold -

HK was the only one left of the Holy Trinity - sold controversially to fetch a certain Bob Latchford to Everton in a swap deal including Archie Styles, a journeyman full back to Birmingham FC....
Then learning his trade to go into coaching at Stoke City the rest is a great history for the blues..... fans who never seen him he was a top class midfielder..... he was a tremendous player -should have played for his country -

Stan Boardman & Bill Dean, at Goodison. Stan Used to live right by the massive Court Hey park I worked at often seen him with his dog taking it for a walk as a very young lad used to banter with him ...... Les Dennis lived nearby too, my Foreman nearly decked his father both snides -

The late actor from many TV parts a big Evertonian Bill dean in photo - named after Dixie Dean as his first name was William Dean as a famous actor was Bill Brookside etc also in the play about the GV -

The old Bullen's road paddock & lower stands - at one time this area was standing all over - My older brother stated it was the best spec at the back of the Bullen's road at Goodison it altered mid 1960s? - cut in half by a lower seats area -
