No date on this but I think going from the text about FA Cup and European appearances of the time it's from the home game against Newcastle on 14 April 1969 (we drew 1-1, Jimmy Husband scored for us)
We lost the FA Cup semi to Man City (referred to) who went on to beat Leicester 1-0 in the final.
Love the index for the half-time scores on the left and the advert for Ford workers - 8s 9.5d per hour (about 43p per hour) after 4 weeks for a 40 hour week.
