Phil Neville, please get off the pitch. We'd be better off with 10 men when attacking so you never get near the ball and loft in one of those pathetic crosses with all the time in the world.
 

What was Neville playing at there? Pienaar was free on the right and a simple pass would have found him. He opts instead to float a ball to their full back that was so slow and high that he might as well have gift wrapped it.

the best bit was that you could see that he took his time and played the ball perfectly, its just that there wasnt an everton player within 20 yards of where he was aiming at
 
I hope he hurries up and hangs up his boots then. He can't be any worse as a manager than he is as a player.
