How many chances did we waste to kill this game - and then (although Dowd did referee the game very well) he allows all that nonsense on Howard as the equaliser goes in.

You didn't need a scriptwriter to foresee the Duffy for Jelavic situation - why disrupt the defensive formation in the final seconds - perhaps he'd forgotten the Fulham scenario.

I don't subscribe to what a lot of other people are saying tho - until the final 10 minutes Oldham only had that one breakaway for the goal - we had completely wasted at least 5-6 decent chances to kill this game off before the final 10 minutes and I'm totally frustrated with this "extra pass" crap we have to deliver when we're 3 vs 3. FFS just take the shot on.

Typical cup game. We bossed most of it but they pulled everything out in the last 10 minutes. Not surpised at all with the result.

We will win the replay - no need to panic.

I agree with the second part but we in no way bossed that game, last half hour Oldham were better than us and wanted it more.

Utterly 100% Moyes' fault. Sitting back didn't work against Chelsea, it didn't work against Liverpool. Why would you take the risk of trying again?

Players are to blame for this. They just expected to win and put no effort in whatsoever.
