If Keane gets injured we are left with 2 ageing centre backs who weren't good enough last season.
Pennington will never be a prem centre back and holgate is 20.

Another centre back imo is just as important as a striker

I actually think this is the position we have time to wait on. Rooney and Sandro can hold things down into August if need be. Particularly since there doesn't seem to be an alternative who is on par with the fresh, fine, french man.
