Not so sure that Koeman's preferred system relies on "wingers", but we could certainly do with our version of Mane, whoever that might be

I think the hope is it could be Lookman.

Bolasie was the nearest we had, but with his injury it's put a scupper to that for now.

It's funny no one wants him now. Everyone did last summer because he scored goals in Portugal and had an exotic sounding name. I'd also rather someone else but it serves as proof that these players everyone gets all riled up about from crap foreign leagues may not be what everyone thinks...

think people just feel he's flopped in england, which is a fair enough stance, next season he could prove to be a great player for them though, could go either way.

Part of me is still hoping - maybe the real reason he wants to wait until after the season starts is so he can say a proper goodbye to fans at the Emirates. He strikes me as someone who gets emotionally attached to his club and wouldn't want to leave without a proper send off.
