He is the sort of player who should bring the best out of Klaassen with his runs into the box and also provide a proper target for Baines and, potentially, Sigurdsson with their delivery
The only negatives are his lack of pace (which he has never had to begin with) and the fact that he's almost 31. We'll get a couple of good years out of him and with the addition of Sandro along with, potentially, Rooney - that gives us far more flexibility and depth than just having to rely on Lukaku with Kone and Valencia in reserve
