I'm not a huge fan of him, the demolition job we did on Arsenal in Martinez's first season here fuelled that though. He was an absolute disgrace that day, I'd have booed him off the pitch myself if I hadn't been buzzing with our perfrormance. My boss is a STH at Arsenal, he reckons he'd drive Giroud up here himself if needs be. Lazy, poor attitude, flat track bully and nowhere as dominant in the air as he could be for his size is his summation. Sounds remarkably familiar to me, and yet a number of people seem to be suggesting he's the exact opposite of our current striker.

I wonder if seeing someone 'warts and all' for 90 minutes every week highlights their shortcomings and leads people to believe their weaknesses are more prominent than they really are.
