On-field communication

At premier league level, I don't think communication is that important. Players already know what they are going to do before they even get the ball.
They should also be intelligent enough (in a football sense) and structured enough in their positioning to know what is happening around them when they don't have the ball
This, teams I played n the guys that did all the shouting came across as bells, i knew where I should be, the only time you'd need it really is if someone was doing something on my blindside i'd not picked up. All this motivational shoite was tedious, at pro level i cant see therebeing much need to talk to each other, most of the situations they come across should be practiced
 
Not that I'm am expert on Tourettes but it's not always about people yelling at nobody in general. Lass I used to date had it, it was just basically a twitch with her that happened every so often.
