On my ringtone I have z cars but can't get the sirens and z cars together it says if you have an apple phone you download through iTunes mines android

Can anyone tell me how to get the sirens and z cars on my phone I have z cars I've tried but it says you need an apple phone iTunes I have an android smart phone

I think this may a dangerous way to go mr.shorts.
The resulting ringtone could be traceable via the created metadata and the police could trace it back to where it was created.
Do you really want this on your burner phone?
