Well obviously when everyone is fit, there will be competition for places. Which can only be a good thing.

But no point complaining about a player who is in the team because we don't have other options. I don't honestly believe that we have any great options.

From what I have seen, I would have Mangala in our current starting eleven (even when everyone is fit).

I don’t know, but if dyche was surprised that he didn’t start we’ve probably got bigger problems than we realise.
