Other Club Stadium Developments

What does he gain from not having tenants?

Surely it's not a good thing, if he isn't receiving an income?
He'll invent Coventry united. Move some money around, start at the base of the football league and have a club going with a support, home, sponsors etc, be a going concern and receiving league money. Then he'll sell again. He's pretty much just another fat knobhead like ken bates.

Málaga have confirmed they will move out of La Rosaleda for the 2026/27, ahead of redevelopment for the 2030 World Cup.

But devastated, current ground has lotd and lots of memories for me.

Ground will go from 30,500 to 45,000.

Wow, it may be the camera angle but those upper end stands at La Rosaleda look extremely steep. The impression given of the rake must be 45 degrees plus

Not so bad, definitely the camera angle.

Then again, I do not think for a second that anything will be as steeps as South Stand at the new ground, or The Mestalla.
