Troyes (owned by City group) £6.5m record signing Savio, who hasent played a game for them after loans to PSV and now Girona (also owned by City group).
Will now sign for Man City (owners of the City group).
While Troyes dangle in 15th of ligue 2 after getting relegated from ligue 1 last year.
