He bagged one. Just one.

Sanche has a hat trick for England at same age

Rooney was possibly best ever player at that age, but he never really developed although he is still the best English player of his generation. This kid will get better. He is very very good. Much more talented than the young Walcott.

Time will tell which one of us is right

No he doesn't. He's got 2 goals against Kosovo.

As for levels....Walcott bagged a hattrick for England against Croatia (who hadn't lost at home in 35 matches) at 19.

I have a real fear about the RS getting Adama Traore.

think they’d possibly win it again next season due to having simply that much explosiveness up top.

Said before, I'm dubious of the league he plays in.

Gets those figures in the prem...I'll hold my hands up.

I just don't see how people can say he's the best thing ever when players like Sterling, Rooney etc get dismissed. Yet...this feller has it all apparently.

Err when do Rooney/Sterling get dismissed? They're regularly praised by fans and pundits alike. People say Sancho may be the most promising young Englishman since Rooney and I think that's fine because at the same age Sterling was still very raw at Liverpool and only just getting apps for England.

Of course they do. Rooney was always put down his entire career.

Sterling never gets put into player of the year shouts etc even though he's bagging 20 a season

I'm not sure where that fits in this discussion? Aren't we discussing a player (Sancho) in reference to their output when they were 20 not how their career panned out (since it hasn't).

you shouldnt be.

Pulisic and Auba are just examples of 2 players producing better numbers in the PL than they did in the Bundesliga. Other players from the league have raised up their level as they matured too, such as Son, De Bruyne and Firmino for example.

It’s easy for fans of other leagues to look at other leagues that arent their own and declare them inferior, I am guilty myself of doing it. Not to say Bundesliga has the depth of quality, but it isn’t a reason to think a player may struggle.

Sancho is top quality and will be absolutely fine, from a personal point of view, I am just dissapointed he will be playing for Ole! But he’s only 20, he doesn’t have to be there for life!

No doubt. I'm sure he could be. But I don't buy that he's elite level right now.

Also...none of them went for £100million.

I don't think you can use this argument considering when they played and how much more money is in the game these days.

De Bruyne left the league in 2015 (£70m)
Son left the league in 2015 (£30m)
Firminho left the league in 2015 (£40m)

They weren't 20 years old though.

And those players would arguably be the same price if everything adjusted to now.

Isn't that even more in his favour though? Younger = more expensive?

You also just said in today's market they all might be £100m so doesn't that mean he's on their level in terms of fee/output?

I'm kinda lost as to what/how you're arguing the point anymore.
