I see Guardiola is operating on yet another shoestring budget, unearthing these unheralded gems for minimal fees, I don't know how he gets success everywhere he's been with such limited resources.
I suspect he will be off to Saudi this time next year operating on a meagre budget of 3 Billion quid, win a couple of titles, beat Real Neptune in the Milky Way inter-planetary Champions League final and then retire.

Agreed. I watched their game away at Arsenal last weekend and he was the best player on the field by a distance. Didn't really see much of him last season but heard he was composed and ran the midfield, having watched him I can see why Bayern want him.
He's EXACTLY the type of CM and captain we need and never buy.
