If I'm speculating I reckon Levy is gambling on the fact Kane might get them a CL place if he stays, and then might sign a new contract. That and I think the behaviour of Bayern in public has irked him to the extent that he won't play ball with them now

I agree. If BM pay the asking price we will sell him. If not it appears we will take our chances.

You seem somewhat obsessed with Spurs and our finances. Don't you have any proper rivals?
Not sure what gives u that impression. I just don't like Daniel Levy as he is the type of person that would sell his mother and he likes to exploit other clubs when they are vulnerable. As regards having proper rivals, yes we do have some proper rivals that also have the challenge of competing domestically and in European competition this season.

I think Spurs are spending the Kane money already.

I think this week, Bayern will seal the deal and Spurs look like they tried to keep Kane but the offer was too strong to turn down and it benefits both the club and Kane.

Its a tricky situation for Bayern too, they desperately need striker and currently market for top striker in Europe is not all that.
Only other option i can think of is Osimhen and if you think dealing with Levy is a nightmare you should see Napoli owner De Laurentis, so thats also mission impossible

I guess Vlahovic could be worth a punt but there are still a lot of question marks around him.

They just rejected 80 million I doubt it would be that low. Anyway Kane has absolutely no ambition I wouldn’t be surprised if he signed a contract that tied him to Spurs until he retires
I mean he wanted to join City few years ago and now apparently he has a deal with Bayern already in place.

Is he aristocrat, aren't "van" and "von" in names reserved for nobility in likes of Germany, Austria and Netherlands (same as "sir" for yours)?

I want to see Kane leave on a free just to be able to think of how Levy will feel.

Levy makes £4 mil a year and owns 29.4% of a multi billion pound business. Whatever happens with Kane as long as his personal wealth doesn’t go down he will get over it. It’s not like he doesn’t know that Kane can leave on a free in Jan. Levy is doing this so he can show the spurs fans he did everything he could to get Kane to stay. It’s a classic PR exercise.
