They're a [Poor language removed] horrible team really but I'll always owe Arsenal one for 1989. Seeing grown men cry can be a beautiful sight.

same except Marine for Tranmere I used to go to Prenton when they played on friday nights always enjoyed it .then I went there to watch us in a friendly pre season and the guys who I had stood next to threw chairs ect through the pub window where a few blues were meeting so I thought f** um I want give any more cash to them(y)

My Grans house was doors up from Rovers on Borough Rd. As a kid used to sneak in at three quarter time watching George Farrel, Tommy Eglington, Stan Billington and indeed in later years Ronnie Moore. Roy, do you remember George Yardley play, used to score goals for fun head or either foot, Scots lad who got crippled, and that is no over-statement, by Alf Wood at Shrewsbury. He was one of the best C/F I ever saw and Dixie really rated him...........things like these threads don't half bring the memories flooding back!(y)

Hear hear.

Always liked the Spuds when I was a kid coz I liked Hoddle (the player) and Ardiles was cool.
Tranmere due to birthplace
Athletic Bilbao overseas for Howard

Don't need to... :P

I went to the Dynamo's season ticket holder event on Saturday and had a good time.

Got to watch their practice session and if we wanted to, we could have stayed around for autographs but the wife and I had to go relieve the babysitter (i.e. Mother in law).

Looking forward to the season and will be at the 2nd leg match on Wednesday night against Guatemalan side CD Municipal.

FSC's showing it so tune if you're bored.

Bohs (Dublin) are number one for me and Everton are my "soft-spot" team. Also watch out for Barcelona and Brentford.

Same here, only Glentoran in Belfast are my team, follow them week in week out all over Northern Ireland and down south in the Setanta!

Everton come a very close second though.
