See that's interesting because I see it totally the reverse way. Niasse gets loads of unwarranted stick (like being our worst ever signing, competition winner etc) even though there has been proof for us that he has his uses.

Its not like he is not contributing by choice is it?

Fair enough, I wouldn’t be a fan of his quality to be happy next, nor do I think it warrants an opportunity.

But lads will have different fervent opinion and that’s fine.

Terrible waste of a contract in my opinion, though I’d admit our liability.

I just think what's happening is that we're debating with a bit too much feeling the finer nuances of the least worst option. Tosun, DCL, Niasse have genuine good bits in their games, but are all not good enough. Kean is perhaps not effective enough YET. Hopefully, in January we can talk about someone who is actually good, rather than a bunch of triers with different major deficiencies.

I would go for Tuson out of those three, if he can get international goals for Turkey why can he not get goals for us. However Glasshalfful is right, none of them is good enough to lead the line for a successful Premier League side. If we are to be successful Kean has to develop into a goal scorer or we need to invest.
I never rated Niasse as a footballer but if you could bottle his commitment and feed it to some of the rest of our squad then we might win a game or two.

Stick Niasse up top against Spurs. And when the Spurs defenders are @###@## themselves laughing ,our line of 3 in the never ending 4-2-3-1, then step up and score a few goals. Then take him off. Job done.
Niasse will bamboozle the Spurs. Because he sure as hell bamboozles me.

Maybe, but not sure that history has much to do with Marcel Brands. Let's hope he can sell Niasse for something this January.
