So.....who knows why he's stayed put then. Unless we didnt want to contribute/top up his wage at the club(s) interested. I don't know. Its a strange one.
Maybe he knows he's absolutely dire and doesn't want to 'showcase' himself. It might do more damage than good. On a free from Everton might sound better than "he was also dire in the Championship at.....".
Anyway, good riddance when him and Martina go (to name but two).

im sure he will get the odd appearance though, he will be gone in the summer but we will see him a few more times in an Everton shirt before then. I have no problem with him because when he’s called up on he puts the effort in, Snides and Sigs rarely do and they are paid much more.

Those mentioned are also costing us on the wage bill I agree. We're not getting value for money for sure. Niasse (and some others) is out of contract at the end of the season. So getting those off the wage bill is definitely happening. We know that much.
As for the other two mentioned.....we're stuck with them a bit longer unless someone is fool enough to match the wages theyre on here. Its going to take until summer 2022 to free ourselves of the 'big earners' not good enough for where we want to be.

There is a huge difference between starting a match and coming on for a 5 minute cameo exhibiting unbelievable ball uncontrol. The person who picked him has been sacked and the agent representing him should be black listed, peddling players under false pretenses. I still can't believe he was the leading goal scorer in Russia when we signed him.:rant::rant::rant:

Martina was such a weird signings. Southampton didn't even care about him.

He was probably Koeman's player on the inside providing him information.

I wouldn't say Niasse kicks the ball.
It usually just bounces off him.

As for Cuco Martina, if I hadn't actually seen him a few years ago I would assume his name on the balance sheet was code for a secret offshore account of someone cooking the books.
