He's one i am hoping to be well vaulted as being wrong about, Seems to be someone who improved massively over how he was in his early 20's though so lets hope in a much tougher league he steps it up again, if workrate, effort and desire counts for anything he has every chance like

From what I understand he had no formal football training until comparatively late in life, if true would explain quite a bit about being a late bloomer.

We're very spoiled really with Rom being able to put such good performances at such a young age.
