I really dont like this. Its a proper witch hunt against the bloke. How often to newspaper reports mention who the other party was in a training ground injury? Especially in the headline?

i find it all a bit snide and nasty and to be honest i dont think a lot of our fans are helping with that either.
You're right but let's be honest he's dreadful and 13.5 million is a mugging.

If we were having a good season people would be more patient with him but fact is we're extremely frustrated with how things have gone and this whole debacle just adds fuel to the fire.

I'm not convinced that Bob wanted Niasse and he could be a victim of tension between the scouting and manager. When things go bad sometimes the player is caught in the middle. Managers if they are going to go down they usually like to go down with their guys and could give a damn about getting a player ready for a future they won't be a part of. I mean he wasn't terrible this week and unless he was a lot more injured than we were led to believe should have gotten some minutes this season.

If you think about it 13.5M isn't a bad price for a striker who was POY in a pretty quality league. I mean he could be the next Jo!!!!!!......!..!...uh on 2nd thought.

He was POY for his club. That league doesn't have an overall one!

Anichebe scored 6 goals that year, Jela 7 and Fellani 11. Depressing

Thought it was those 3 so martinez was essentially correct in his statement that we lost our goalscoring threats when he arrived and he replaced them.

But I thought he took over a fantastic squad?

Precisely....forwards,midfielders and keepers needed massive changes with an £50mil spend and mid table wage budget...with £28mil on lukaku hes not done badly at all where the players he was left with were past their prime.

Arouna Kone has played 29 times this season.

The squad is fine, it has been all season, I mean im not shocked that somebody like you falls for the tripe that comes out of Martinezs mouth, but at least have the decency to not trying to pass it off as fact.
