Mate, I live in Merseyside. Most people I know are Evertonians. Loads don't like Martinez; most actually.

Not one would have wanted us to lose that semi-final regardless of circumstance, and it's beyond my imagination to even consider an Evertonian wanting that outcome.

You could run a poll right now and 99% would want the FA Cup win, even if it meant retaining Martinez. I could ask any Evertonian I know right now and they'd give the same answer.

Yes it is beyond my imagination too. But it happened. There are lots of stuff regarding Everton that I thought were beyond my imagination until I saw it this season. We have some idiots following us as much as we would like to pretend we dont.

Obviously its not loads but I have seen it and it wasnt a one off. Lets put it this way, they were not overly upset at losing because it meant that we could get rid of that "fraud".

Thing is mate, if we had won the league cup, he wouldn't be getting sacked in a couple of weeks, even if the league form went the way it has done.


Wonder if Niasse will be starting tomorrow again? Surely it is in the club's best interest to keep rom fresh for the summer to give him an incentive that we are the best place for him?

Plenty of posters said they didn't want him in charge even if we won the cup- I recall that. Two weirdos said it would be acceptable if we lost as at least it mean we were shut of our beloved Bobby.

Just have a look around here, people are loving the fact that he may not be a good player because its a great reason to have a go at Martinez.

If you are saying that there are none of our "fans" who want things to go wrong so that they can say "told you so" then I think you are pretty out of touch.
