It's always 'we' when he speaks of incomings.
And Walsh is there to muddy the waters on signings. f that isn't so then maybe you can clearly point to those you feel Koeman made outside of Schneiderlin and those who Walsh was responsible for.
The poorest quality player of the PL era signed by the poorest manager of the PL era. Martinez was Glenn Roeder bad.
Kone probably had one already. What did Niasse do to get treated so badly by Koeman?Sure he wasn't up to the required standard. But if you aren't going to give a player a locker for being not up to the required standard then he shouldn't have been giving Arouna Kone one either.

Last summer on preseason training, they did a session on periscope.
The training exercise was control a pass and go around a few cones with the ball and pass it back. Mirallas was sharp and quick, but Niasse was awful. The ball bounced off him and the margins he want around the cones and passed back from was poor.
Koemans brother looked aghast at him.
It's just new-sherif-in-town behaviour and you see it in any field / industry. Someone is called in to a failing operation with the remit to set things straight and on day one they see fifty things wrong - Oumar was one of those fifty things. A minor component of the Martinez omnishambles, tbh [although a major biomarker of how bad things had got, IMHO] but why not deal with the low-hanging fruit first? Oumar impersonates a football player on first day of training - so Koeman bins him after 5 mins and probably never looked back. Why would he when he's got serious, long term challenges on his plate like rescuing Barkley from the wilderness, or elevating the whole squad's alehouse fitness levels? What did Niasse do to get treated so badly by Koeman?Sure he wasn't up to the required standard. But if you aren't going to give a player a locker for being not up to the required standard then he shouldn't have been giving Arouna Kone one either.
