I cant understand how people can be so critical of the guy already ! could be a pefectly good reason he hasnt played other than his wrist which the club may have decided to keep under wraps ! maybe the guys confidence is realy low right now and things just not going for him ! its also a different league that he has to adjust to ! i rememeber messi having a few stinkers against premier league clubs in european competition a few years back which just goes to show how difficuly it could be adapting to different styles and yes i even remember messi miscontrolling the ball in this period ! and hes one of the greatest players ever to grace a pitch ! hes certainly not hit the ground running ! but come on blues ! lets give the guy some love ! 2 bits of a game and 2 60 minute run outs in a struggling team and we slate him !

1 ) he won player of the year in russia

2 ) 12 goals and 10 assist in 28 games for moskow

3 ) he said he was set to move to chelsea before mourinho got sacked

4 ) at Everton ive seen he's got decent pace and work rate ! also seen him track back and win a few tackles. he teed barkley up a few times the other week too so i see some positives

This is a parody isn't it?

Please confirm.

You can't argue that he was miles better than Lukaku on Saturday, despite his 1/2 poor touches, passes and attempted chip. At times he showed good pace, strength and work rate and honestly I think if he gets a proper pre-season under the new manager he could come good for us next season. Obviously not our star first-choice striker, but he can definitely become a good player for us. He's showed flashes of what he's capable of in the past few games.

I'd give him another run-out against Sunderland. The more game time he gets, the better.

more of a reflection of how NEA Rom was tbh.

The fella is crap. Let him leave with Booby at the earliest possible opportunity.

If he's crap, what about his record in the RPL? No average joe who supposedly can't play football scores 12 and assists 10 in 28 appearances in a competitive professional league no matter how "Meh" it's perceived to be. Obviously the PL is alot different but you can certainly adapt to it - not like it takes that long either as evident with Deulofeu, Funes Mori and co. (Worth noting too that FM looked like absolute cack in his first couple games)

I think it's unfair to give a judgement now. I'd give him until he gets a few games under his belt next season. If he's still absolutely woeful, get rid. He comes good, keep him.

Sound thinking but for the 'get rid' bit. If he continues to be crap then no-one will want him not even on loan. If he is half-crap then maybe we can loan him out paying half his wages. But why not keep him then and hope he gets better.

His wife nailed it when she said that they had won the lottery when he signed.

Even if RM leaves next week, Niasse will remind us for some four years of our former manager.

1= no he did not

Sky Sports News HQ reporter Ben Ransom: "He's had a fantastic season in Russia - Russian Premier League player of the year - and has already scored 12 goals this season plus ten assists, so he's a player who can bring a lot of quality to Roberto Martinez's squad."

"Jose Mourinho was very keen to sign me, but unfortunately he was fired. I am trying not to get distracted. If there will be a specific offer, I might leave Lokomotiv."

"Niasse is strong, Niasse is tall. If nothing's going right, give Niasse the ball and he won't let you down. What other forwards can do, Niasse can do better. Other forwards in Russia have to work hard to become as good as me"

Lokomotiv Moscow
Before the 2014-15 season, he signed with Russian side Lokomotiv Moscow in July 2014 for a €5.5 million transfer fee.[8] He scored Lokomotiv's equalising goal in the Russian Cup Final against Kuban Krasnodar on 21 May 2015, and his side went on to win 3–1 after extra time.[9] Niasse was voted Russia's Player Of The Year for 2015.[10]

Striker St. Petersburg Zenit and national team of Brazil Hulk became the best player of Russia 2015, according to traditional survey of the weekly «Football», which is attended by hundreds of sportsjournalists of the country.

29-year-old Brazilian scored 652 points. Second place went forward «Zenith» and Russian national team Artem Dzyuba (357). Third place was won by midfielder Moscow «Spartak» and national team of the Netherlands Quincy Promesa (135).

They have 2 awards. One for the good players, the other for Roberto Martinez and his extensive scouting network.

The thing is, ive searched the net loads of times, I cant find a single thing about him winning the award, they do an Annual award which was won by Hulk, other than that, nothing.
