Of course he wasn't a success because his attitude sucks! In terms of ability though he could've been a great player though. He was just a risk that didn't pay off in the end.

Don't you think good attitude is vital for any player, he believed he was ten foot tall and could beat anyone, clearly he was neither and never will be. This is a toughie because nobody has seen him do anything of significance. But bear with me on this as I believe Mikey has made some very salient points.
I will never [Poor language removed] off any player who wears the Badge, and certainly not wishing to be offensive or trying to make comparisons, being a lot older than most on this site, I can remember a certain young Howard Kendall coming in for more than his fair share of criticism when he first joined. It was only after the summer break when he returned as a fully accepted member did HK prosper. The rest, they say, is geography.
So maybe we should just see what Koeman can do first. I personally don't think we should be too optimistic, but who knows.

If he was booed, not at home in Liverpool, struggling with language, behaving dodgy, it's no.wonder he looked.rubbish. either it was that corrupt financial pay off, or he fooled us into looking good, so either way we have to try till January .

I'm pretty sure he was in the first one too. In that passing drill with 5 or 6 players and Baines laying it off to him.
