At this point he has absolutely nothing to lose, so can foresee any confidence issues with him.
Ability though... that's another thing.

And then is hoping to rely on a striker two months later, who not so long ago was told "He needs to leave in order to play". Complete mess!
Simple kick Koeman into touch and give Unsworth the job, he doesn't seem to have a problem playing for him!

Doesn't seem to be stopping him from slotting them away in the u23s or for a terrible Hull team.
Funny enough while I have concerns about Oumar's ability to cut it as a PL striker , I have no concerns about the other aspects you mention. Certainly for the U23s he shows no concerns, doesn't lack confidence and plays with a smile on his face . You can see by the way the youngsters react to his goals , the tweets etc that they love him and he may be deeply unhappy with his treatment inside but he certainly never shows it on the pitch that he's unhappy here.
I'm puzzled by the Europa league bit . He isn't named in the 27 , yet four youngsters are , meaning we've named 23 List A players when we're allowed 25. If Koeman left Niasse out purely because he didn't rate him and as a result we haven't used our full quota then it is stupid beyond belief, but I may be wrong on the 23 out of 25 bit, I'll check els where.

This is what confuses me. He's said he's now part of the first team yet has left him out of the Europa league. How can that give him confidence?
To me it shows Koeman still clearly doesn't have faith in him and he's in the first team purely because we didn't sign a striker
