"Our Busy Transfer Week"

Think Williams and if we can get him Carvalho would be our most high profile signings.

I expect the rest to be Gueye type signings.

If today and tomorrow do not yield at least another 2 members to the playing staff, I think some might start to get a bit agitated!

I still think we might get Williams in this week. An additional signing too perhaps but that seems like a big effort.

Looks like all this is building towards the final week of the window, when our targets decide if we are desirable enough or not.

What comes to pass then is not under anyones control but those players.

Need to try and get some results and points on the board beforehand.

It's not ideal this, but let's see where things stand at the close of the window.

Been patient with Everton for months, so another few weeks is not going to hurt.

I hope that patience is rewarded.

Been underwhelming for a busy week of transfers, I know it may be busy behind the scenes but on the surface its been pretty mediocre.

Gueye in which is a start, but we really need more players its painfully obvious we do - especially midfielders we desperately lack some quality there.

Hopefully we get a couple in before the end of the week, not holding my breath though.
