I don't think it works like that - as we need to balance the FFP books, if we went out and spent big and the Stones deal fell through then we're in trouble. I agree with the idea of the Stones deal being the trigger. I also think the arrivals will begin this week

Tbh the way our fans have posted on other clubs forums over the summer - notably Southampton and Leicester, and given it large about 'you don't realise the scale of our ambition this summer..'
