i dont know when Tottenham last won something but does that mean they`re not still a massive club. Arsenal are massive too but when did they last win a trophy. its nice to win a cup, sure, but big deal - theres only a few cups to play for ....to be continued

We aren’t a massive club in regards to last 25 years we’ve been in the shadows of many premier league clubs. Aren’t miles ahead of us? Ok how many years until we even make the champions league play offs let alone final come on get real mate ffs

We’ve been in every season of the premier league! Not that many have. We could make the champions league within 3 years, but we’d have to stop wasting £. We need to clear out half our squad, and replace them with a mix of young players and wise investments. We can’t do this overnight, but it can be done. The problem we have is being able to keep hold of our better players, for the time it will take to release or sell some of the others.

yep. thats the word that was elephantine in the room, unfortunately another word is luck. we`s just don`t havent had but none of that there luck `round these parts in a wrinkly nut-sacks age. i use the word `luck` in its broardest sense of course

Some of the things I read on here is so laughable I know it’s an open forum and everyone is entitled to their opinion, but from people knowing absolutely nothing about football or player ability to people wearing blue tinted glasses and not knowing when to speak with their brain and not their heart. We all love EFC but let’s put it into perspective we’re no longer a massive club and haven’t been for years we’ve been runner up once since 96 in any cup. Not been close to anywhere near the top of the league in reality we have a poor squad and also being run into the ground from the boardroom it’s clear we can’t bring in as much as we’ve spent and can we accept Spurs are miles ahead of us in terms of stability, stadium, owner, and squad and are competitive in league and competitions.
