I wonder if there is a possibility of Moshiri paying for the stadium but selling the club? EFC move into BMD and rent the stadium for, I don't know, 99 years and he gets his money back from the sale. Just a thought.

Any new owner will have to pay towards a new ground because goodison isn't fit for purpose and patching it up will only last so long so that it will be a pre requisite of buying the club. Will be cheaper to buy us when mosh and kenwright lead us into the championship.

I would love nothing more than moshiri and kenwright to sell up asap this club has been a disaster since moshiri come in..

I have a feeling the will be a massive protest at the end of the season regardless of us staying up or going down as we are becoming a laughing stock and us fans deserve better than this.

With regards to the stadium i really hope moshiri has already got the money off the investers whoever they was as we will look alot less attractive to invest in if we go down to the championship but going by moshiri desicions so far i highly doubt he sorted it i imagine he was hoping usmanov was going to sort it. Or his friend kia to sort something out.

Does anyone know if moshiri had sorted the investment for the stadium ? As lets be honest efc doesnt have the money for it and the builders will want paying once the jobs complete.
