Was going to buy it, Manny has been my favorite fighter for years. Then noticed they wanted $55 for it, doesn't boxing know that there is a global recession (actaully I almost bought it anyway, but the PPV info said you need a HDTV).

Manny wins the 1st few rounds, but DelaHoya is too big, he'll wear him out.

there are as many great fighters now as at any time, sadly not in the heavyweights. the heavyweights seem to be to big nowadays and can only fight 1 minute of the three minute round which makes a pretty boring fight. still when they catch each other its usually snooze time

roy jones junior (4 weight world champion)
oscar dela hoyer (6 weight world champion)
floyed mayweather junior (5 weight world campion)
manuel pacqiao (4 weight world champion)
marco antonio barrerra (3 weight word champion)

the reason i have picked these five is if you wiki them and read who they have fought you will find many more great modern day boxers.

In 10-20 years people will look back at these fights and speak about them like we talk about( hagler,hearns,leanard,duran,)ali,tyson,lewis,holmes etc.

P.s during the great middleweight era of the eighties out of the four names above hagler was the only true middleweight. the others moved up through the weights.
