word of advice, dont go for a slash at an Everton away game.

This is sound advice, I went for a slash at Wembley and couldnt breath, it smelt like a cross between an Amsterdam coffee house and a working mens club before the ban.

There was a steward just standing in the corner smiling at everybody, I think he realised how pointless it was saying anything.

I was a 40 a day B and H smoker, I quit using nicorette chewing gum. Three sticks and seven days later off the smokes. Still get a craving 15 years later but don't need the cigs any more, good luck.

I'm assuming the people in your picture are people you love...

Without guilt tripping you into laying off the death sticks, just think how big a favour you are doing them, you will live longer and enjoy life more staying away from them, think of this next time you have a craving and occupy yourself with something else.

Take long term satisfaction (living a long, healthy life with your loved ones) over short term gratification (nasty, nasty death sticks).

get as many high nicotine patches you can get of the NHS you can get and let them suckers take the edge off! probably best staying away from goodison on match days due to stress levels hitting the roof on a regular basis..
Do they still show them sick pictures on the back of the ciggy packets??

Don't bother. Nasty cough that lasts about a month, miserable, naggy, can't concentrate and we're all gonna die one day =D. Nah congratulations, the doc will give you patches, inhalers, chewies etc... and you'll be fine

got a lad and girl myself and I have a picture of them on the wall of Caverio beach (algarve portugal) from a couple of years ago, near exactly the same... good luck in your quest to beat the evil weed..X

yep there mine! this was taken down near Paphos harbour, we live about 15 KM outside of Paphos, thanks for the good wishes, over 3 days now, and it has eased off a bit
