Seems a ridiculous situation being hung out as an example to others, sad thing is he is out of contract at the end of the season with no gaurentee of another. I hear he is a bit of headcase as it goes.

Its double standards though, the power should be take3nof the national authorites and dealy with by either Uefa or Fifa - how can Kenny get such a lengthy ban while Cannavaro gets what 4 days.

I wonder would Gerrard or Beckham have been made an example of this like this - i doubt it after the bags they made of the Ferdinand affair.

Is he really out of contract? Wouldnt be a bad reserve keeper if they do let him go, would be much better than Nash.
