Actually Paraguay should have gotten a retake on their pen as well as spain had 5 men in the box before Cardozo too the pen.

Think Spain were rather lucky, Paraguay had just as many chances. Roque Santa Cruz must be the worst striker in the world. How he scored 15 at Blackburn is beyond me.
